I think I have the flu....? |
I am tired, I have a backache, heavy legs, all around body aches, and a little stuffy nose. Take an Advil / Ibuprofen for the body aches, and a cold pill for the stuffy nose, take some vitamin C every day either through lots of orange juice, grape juice, etc. or you can get it in pill form at your local pharmacy. Be sure to drink lots and LOTS of fluids and get at least 10 hours of solid nondisturbed sleep every night. This should help your body fight the flu and you should be feeling better within a week or two :) Hope I could help! |
