I think Im getting a flu.?

I think Im getting a flu? in 1 1/2 days, i will be taking a big test called the WASL- Washington Assessment of Student Learning. I can not have a flu! Im in 6th grade, and if I miss the test it will be bad. I have been having diarea...embarresing but...and I need to make sure that I wont get the flu! is there anything that can help me? I only have diarea. and my stomach hurts (because of the pooping) so is there anything that will help? I would really appriciate it! Thank you!

At worst, it sounds like stomach flu. But I don't think that's what it is at all.

To me, it sounds like Test Anxiety, which can cause nausea, diarrhea, and stomach aches... do you find that the symptoms get worse the more you think about it?

It could also be from something you ate, possibly.

But it's not the flu, though. Flu would be fever, headache, muscle ache, congestion, malaise, inability to do everyday things... Plus, it's not flu season :)

Dude, maybe food poisoning, but not the flu. The flu, you have bad respiratory problems, a high fever and major weakness if your joints along with pain. The are pills that will stop diareah, but I have to warn you, if it's an ifection, you really don't want to keep it contained in you.

Oh yeah, When I was in Tenth grade I got so sick during a state mandated test, that I #1 swore at my teacher for not believing I'd puke and #2 did not get in trouble. Yeah it was bad that I had to do that, but there are make up days for it. They let me do the whole thing again. Don't worry about it and if you're seriously that sick, don't show

you might have a little GI bug but it doesnt sound like the flu to me. the flu generally consists of severe congestion, fever, chills, body aches, and sometimes vomiting. the best thing to do is drink lots and lots of water. i would tell your mom and dad and see if maybe they can take you to the doctor, but you will probably be just fine!
