Best remedy for the flu?

what is the best remedy for the flu so you dont feel all yucky the next day, i want to heal quickly not slow

Drinking airborne takes away a lot of my aches. Also, I put some butter and LOADS of garlic in a pan and heat it and then eat it on a piece of toast. Very quickly after eating this, my aches and pains get MUCH better, and my head feels clearer and some of the fatigue gets better. Also, if your throat is sore, try gargling with vinegar, water and honey. Don't use too much vinegar or it will burn your throat. You can even drink a little.

"A well-designed study of nearly 150 people supports the value of garlic for preventing and treating the common cold. In this study, people received either garlic supplements or placebo for 12 weeks during "cold season" (between the months of November and February). Those who received the garlic had significantly fewer colds than those who received placebo. Plus, when faced with a cold, the symptoms lasted a much shorter time in those receiving garlic compared to those receiving placebo."

I do not know how it works where you live but in the states, you can make a call to your Dr. and give them your symptoms, ask for a prescription of Tamiflu. Take the meds. exactly as prescribed and you will feel better in a day or two.
