Will i catch the flu? im on? |
my friend has the flu (the cold kind, not the stomache kind) **whats the time period of when you are exposed to it, and when you actually get it? the time period between exposure and symptoms for influenza is 1 to 3 days. mayb Most of the time, if you haven't come down with symptoms after 48 hours of exposure, you're probably in the clear. There's a possibility, but hopefully you washed your hands and kept clean. The antibiotics you're on will not protect you from the flu, since the flu is a virus and antiobiotics are not effective against viruses. You may. You may not. |
