Stomach Flu? Infection?

For the past five days I have had no appetite, loose watery stools, fatigue and lower back pain...does anyone know what this could be? I am not vomiting and I do not have nausea..

also no fever

may be viral infection u must see a doctor till that keep hydrated using rehydran solution

My guess is some kind of infection but do you have fever? You need a test ran colonostopy so they can see if they can find the reason for this. You could be dehydrated too from this so drink Gatorade to replenish what your losing. Go see a doctor, a week is long enough to wait.
