ok iv been sick scence lastnight around 2am o ps every time i stand up i feel like im gonna pass out.... If you aren't keeping anything down, or "in", you need to give your stomach a break. Don't eat or drink for awhile. If you find you can keep stuff down for a bit, you should definitely keep sipping liquids. Gingerale or ginger tea is good. Peppermint is also known to settle the stomach. Ice chips are also a good idea to suck on. Sounds like you've got food poisoning or the flu. Watch for dehydration. That's the thing you want to avoid. Make sure you are going "number one", that you have spit in your mouth, tears, and sweat. If you notice you're not doing one of these things, you need to get to the doctor. I'm not a doctor, but I'm a mother of three and have cared for many, many cases of the flu. Oh, they also say if you sleep, that slows down the digestive system, giving it a chance to heal and less likely a chance of you throwing up or as you say, going "potty". Hope this helps. |
