I think I have emetophobia? I freak out when I hear about the stomach flu or something.? |
I get so scared when I hear about people having the stomach flu, or food poisoning. I am so freakish when it comes to throwing up. I'm 13, and I never have in my life that I know of. I know I will someday, but whenever people even say their stomach hurts, I get all tense! Anybody know what I'm talking about? Any suggestions on how to get rid of my phobia?? Please, help! There are some that argue patients outgrow it (you're still young) but if that doesn't work, or you don't want to wait, you could always try hypnosis. |
