I workout,and use creatine,protein pwdr daily.I was sick with the stomach flu for a week.Have I lost progress? |
I know you are supposed to take certain amounts of creatine daily/on workout and off days,so Have I hurt anything by missing a week by being sick? Or should I be ok to just hop back on my normal routine? It all depends... Did you get enough protein and eat normally while you were sick? If you didnt, you probably lost weight, both fat and muscle. |
