Does anyone know of any effective alternative treatments for flu? |
Ever since I started teaching I seem to get the flu or flu symptoms every few weeks more or less spontaneously - even when I'm not around kids! My doctor can't find anything physically wrong with me. I was wondering if anyone has successfully tried an alternative treatment (eg supplements, acupuncture) that will boost the immune system. Have you ever heard of a flu shot? Vitamin C. 1000 mg a day, everyday. Especially during flu season. |
