I'm 7 days late and have the belly flu and my uterus is up side down could this be why I'm late.?

Sorry...your UTERUS is upside down? Not only is that not possible, but you wouldn't know about it without an x-ray if it was.
As to why you're late, it's very hard to know. If you're worried about pregnancy, get a home pregnancy test and stop worrying.
