What are good things to eat if you have the flu? |
I have had the flu or some thing much like the flu since Friday. Chicken soup, ginger ale, saltines. Orange juice. Stay hydrated. Hi! im sorry you have the flu! i just recovered from a serious stomach flu and it helped me to drink 7-up, i was skeptical at first but its amazing how much it helps. I would definitely stay away from heavy foods and stick to soup or mac and cheese is good as well. Hope i helped :) Your normal diet should be fine. Additional juice (not too much though because of the sugar content) or soups (cold and clear soups shouldn't be discounted) should help keep you hydrated. When i am sick i eat soda crackers and sometimes put cheese whizz on them. I also drink sprite or ginger ale. soup and anything liquid SOUP! |
