How to get rid of stomach flu? |
Im not throwing up just real tierd and little gaggy! help force yourself to vomit all over yourself, the smell will make you vomit again, then you will feel better. The stomach flu is usually vomiting and diarrhea for about 24 hours. You have to ride it out. Try to keep yourself hydrated by taking sips of water or gatorade. Don't chug it, even though you will have the desire, it will make you vomit. Which will make you feel better for a few minutes, then the stomach pain and chills comes back. Good luck. |
