How do you prevent the stomach flu? |
So my family comes home from up north, while i stayed home, and two of them have the flu. Like they are actually puking. The last thing I want to get is the stomach flu. Please help me. How do I prevent getting the stomach flu? Should I not hangout with people because I could possibly have it? We tell this to all our patients and can't stress it enough. Stay as far away from them as possible and wash your hands frequently for 30 seconds at a time, and be sure not to touch your eyes, nose, or mouth because that's how the germs getcha! |
