How can i get over the flu quickly?

i need to be better for monday, as monday is a very important day for me, but ive got the flu! i coughing sneezing ive got a temperture, head aches, all my mucels are starting to ache and dizzy spells. Please Help!! x

your doctor can prescribe you tamiflu. the flu can last anywhere from 3 to 10 days. you need plenty of rest, fluids and probably an antibiotic to prevent a secondary infection which is likely because your immune system is so low. the tamiflu can cut the days you have the symptoms in half. see your doctor or call him and tell him you have the flu. they will usually just call the tamiflu into your pharmacy.

sleep as much as you can, and rest all day, in bed.
drink as much water as you can.
(a hot bath will help your muscle aches.)
sounds simple, but your body needs REST and WATER.
- you can also put a packet of powdered vitamins in the water (emergen-c, or something similar.)

You need to get plenty of rest and drink lots of hot drinks such as tea and hot chocolate, you need to keep warm and try to drink honey and lemon because this is what the doctor told me to drink when i had flu. Hope this helps xx

Steam Inhalation, just before Sleep,
followed by Gargle with light tea, with out milk, but with out milk.

With all the Best.
