How do u prevent headaches and flu? |
Pls help. Make sure you get your flu shot....I'm not a big fan of getting jabbed, but the flu shot....I make an exception. generally headaches occur because of excessive thinking or worrying and working too much with lot of stress. to prevent it u just need to avoid the above mentioned things. and flu is the after effect of headache and very dangerous....if the initial symptoms like headaches are not treated properly or taken care well. it can lead to severe flu's. take care of ur health. maintain a optimum work load. eat healthy and give rest to u r body by sleeping well. these are the few suggestions for headache only but don't neglect flu. its dangerous. pls consult a doctor as soon as possible if u r suffering with flu....hope that helped.. taking vit. c regularly may help build up your immune system enough to keep you from the flu, and don't forget regular hand washing to keep from spreading germs, the best way is the flu shot. as for headaches, depends on the type of headache it is. sorry. By keeping yourself as strong and healthy as possible: follow a proper diet and cut out junk food, including sodas, exercise, stop smoking, get plenty of rest and fresh air, wash your hands frequently. You have to do this all the time. It's a life style thing.... preventing them is hard...for headaches start drinking more water, and try to relax your mind....for flue umm....try to avoid sick ppl i guess...Wear warm clothes if its cold. Ill pray for you. hope you feel better. and i hope everythings okay byee Green Tea helps with headaches |
