How to get rid of the flu overnight? |
ive gotten the flu during the week. Ive been taking cold and flu tablets for 2 days now and i have improved to about half my full capacity. I need to get rif of the flu overnight because tomorrow i am playing a rugby union game where rep selectors will be there and this could set my rugby union career up. I want to be at full capacity and be able to play to the best of my ability. Please help!!! the flu is a virus that has to run it's course. Just try and get as much rest as possible and stay hydrated. Good luck tomorrow!!! I hope you feel better I don't know that you will be able to get rid of it over night. Your body has to fight it. Best thing you can do is to just keep drinking plenty of water to try and flush it out of your system. Sorry, viruses are nasty. Hope you feel better soon. Demand the virus to die! |
