Can a person with the stomach flu after 4 days eat somthing with tomato sauce? If you feel good and its smell and taste does not cause your stomach to rebel, certainly. Tomato sauce is fairly acidic, and sometimes does not agree with a few individuals that are just getting over the flu. However, I bet after 4 days, you are ravenous. Enjoy! You may want to pass on that for the moment and try something bland like pudding and crackers. Give your stomach a day to get used to having something on it. Tomato sauce may not be so fun throwing up if you do get sick again. Get well soon! =) sure. If it's not greasy. And stay away from acidic foods. |
