with any kinda of shots I meant without any kind of shot You are doing all the things "they" tell you to do. I always have a lot of success with sweating it out. what you are doing sounds pretty good but you need to be sure to drink plenty of fluids. like water, hot tea, juices ect |

The main thing is to wash your hands and not touch your face, if you never put your hands in your mou... Go to a doctor you've never seen before. Do NOT mention the flu shot to them at first. Tell them how long it's been and go through the type of pain etc and only after they've examin... stuffy nose-saline nose drops sore throat- gargle with warm salt water and suck on hard candies cough-hot tea with honey(honey is a natural cough suppressant and also natural germ killer) genera...
