It feels like stomach flu but no diarrea or vomiting. Could it be something else?

I have cramps, nausia and don't have any appetite. I have low grade fever and have loud intestinal sounds after I have eaten. But I don't have vomiting and diarrea. Could this still be stomach flu?

food poisoning
