Why is man flu worse??!!?

i have flu, plus the men in my life do. i have to get on with it, while they moan and suffer in bed...going to the docs...thinking they are dying...WHY?!!!!

Marky got it in one, if women got Man flu they'd probably die.

Oh I LOVE this question. Believe me, EVERY disease, disability or illness men suffer from is ALWAYS going to be worse - simply because most of them are brought up that way by adoring mothers! Having said this there are occasional advantages. I currently have an elderly patient with a fractured pubic bone who MUST rest to allow it to heal but does she? NO! She is out pinning out the washing or dusting every chance she gets so, in her case, I wish to hell she was a male!!!!!! lol. Hope you are feeling better very soon.

Flu does seem to hit most guys harder but for me it's colds that hit me hard. every time I get a cold its worse than flu and its not just me that thinks that other people have noticed it to I even start to see things and run a stupidly high tem from somthing as simple as a cold.
Its like how women suffer head achs while they dont bother men all that much.

It's like giving birth and hitting your thumb with a hammer at the same time...very bad indeed, you should support the men as any good loving mother and wife can.
Remember men are very fragile, we need help!

Because they know that when they are sick they are going to get a little extra love from us. So they make it a little worse and last a little longer then it does.

Man flu is more severe than lady flu.

If men got lady flu, we'd carry on and you wouldn't even notice!
