I have the flu.?? |
Ughhh, I've never had a case of the flu that involved vomitting and diarrhea, have you seen a doctor yet? I'd go see one pronto, in the meantime, what works for me is drinking lot of fluids, most importantly orange juice does the trick for me. I also will take sudafed or something that will stop the mucous buildup in the sinus cavity to prevent more congestion in the chest. That's about all you can do with a flu bug, they usually last anywhere from 3-7 days. you could try to drink pedilite it will help keep you hydrated and take Tylenol. stay in bed try and drink plenty of water, eat chicken noodle soup, and saltine crackers will help settle your tummy. Did you get your flu shot?? hope you feel better soon ...... Sorry, you just have to wait it out. |
