I feel incredibaly flu-ee? |
I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and it disapearred but i woke up this mroning and it seems to be back, worse than before. It is possible that it is the same virus? I know it seems unlikely but it would be extremely unlikely that two diferent infections would affect me in a 2 week period? You've most likely relapsed....probably from not getting enough rest. I suggest a lot of rest, drink plenty of fluids, take extra vitamin C. Be sure to shower often, washing hands a lot and don't get chilled. Wash bedding and towels. Have a loved one make you home-made chicken soup. It's good for the soul! Get Well Soon :)~ |
