Advice on how to get over the flu? |
I started feeling sick last Saturday and have been all week. High fever, chills, headache, congestion, cough keeping me up at night, runny nose etc.My fiance bought me tylenol cold sinus,ibuprofen,cough syrup,head on for headaches and anything else I need. Stay away from the over the counter cough syrups as they are dangerous. For your fever if it is over 102F take one Tylenol with one Ibuprofen 500mg. Do not take cold showers, only very hot showers. drink lots of fluids eat chicken noodle soup |
