Having two periods within 2 weeks w/ and overnight flu. Is this normal?

I'm in my mid 20's. My last period ended on 6/11. It was normal. Yesterday morning I woke up with what seemed to be some sort of over night flu. Body chills, muscle aches, headache, diarreah in the a.m., sharp random pain shooting through my leg. This morning I don't have those symptoms BUT when I went to the bathroom blood came out like it was day 2 of my period. In addition I have lower back pain and on both sides the area where my ovaries are hurts....

I set up an appointment for tomorrow w/ my gyn.

Has anyone had these symptoms before or know what the case might be?

Thx.

Lady , our bodies do funny things during change.....and sometimes we do not even know why they are changing.

Has it been a stressful or emotional month?

Stay calm and know, I am 48, the body does all kinds of things just follow up at the doctor and try not to dwell on it.
