Alcohol, food poisoning, or flu cause bloating / diarrhea / cramps?

I ate at burger king last wed with my friends, then after had about 9 shots of smirnoff. went to a party and felt normal. next day woke up with flu like symptoms. had fever and chills for about 2 days. then from friday night untill monday i have had non-stop bloating, cramps, diarrhea. Stool is not all yellow liquid as it used to be, it is returning back to a kind of normal. before it was all green or yellow liquid. it has been a total of 5 days all i have know is occasional cramps, but still non-stop bloating and constant use of the bathroom. (sometimes just end up farting.. )

What do you think is the cause of this?

-Vodka shots( taken very fast due to doors being closed at the party)

-Burger King( i doubt it or else others would be complaining or it would be broadcasted on news)

-Flu ( my mother had the flu last week, others in my town are having flu like symptoms)

-virus ( jus caught a bug, gotta ride it out)

-liver or gallbladder prob.( hope not...)

I think you caught some kind of bug, virus or bacteria most likely. But after this much time, you probably whould go to the doctor.
