NYC Flu going around??? |
I am wondering if anyone else is sick in the nyc area. Started monday - very tired and lethargic/aches, dry throat, slight dry cough that came out of nowhere. By Wednesday my voice started getting hoarse (at first it kind of sounded sexy actually!) but then my nose started running and continued to do so all night last night. I woke up this morning (thursday) with no voice. All that can be heard is a faint raspy whisper. I have a 100.7 fever, my sinuses are clogged and I just overall feel lousy. Took Tylenol severe sinus non-drowsy this morning and it made me feel a lot better as far as the aches and runny nose so I tried to go into work today... . I have been drinking tons of tea with honey and lemon and OJ. Went to work today but had to leave early because I couldn't even speak. Now, near the end of the day I'm still feeling horrible... headache, runny nose, hacking cough and really achy all over... the voice isn't better either.... I've got it. And I'm in Las Vegas, Nevada. |
