2 flu questions?

i have a fear of throwing up? anyone else? doesnt it SUCK??!!
I havent thrown up for 5 years. has anyone not thrown up for longer than 5 years. and is it possible not to get the stomach flu for the rest of my life? im 13

Yeah, I'm the same way. I do everything in my power to not throw up. And I went many years also without doing it, but eventually, you will just not be able to control it. I find that running cool water on my wrists, forearms and neck help a lot. Also I found that mint tea helps, even just smelling the teabag is soothing for me. Sipping a Coke helps me, too.

You can go a long time without getting a stomach flu, I don't really think I've ever had one. Though I have gotten food poisoning a couple times. Once was because I didn't cook some chicken all the way through. But as for bugs and viruses, I do simple things like wash my hands a lot, use those disinfecting wipes on my shopping carts, clean things around where I work with rubbing alcohol (telephone, pens, computer...) and that seems to work real well, I almost never get sick.

a lot of people fear throwing up, seeing others throw up or anything of the sort.
i have not had the flu, where i was throwing up, for YEARS, prob close to 10years (im 20). The only times in the past few years was alcohol induced.

i went along time without throwing up too, it is the absolute WORST thing. but even if you did avoid the flu forever, trust me, you will throw up at some point, be especially careful when you turn 21......

omg it is the worst feeling you could have when i had the stomach flu everything that went down came back up I even drunk water and threw it back up woarst feeling hope you don't have to go threw it
