2 flu questions? |
i have a fear of throwing up? anyone else? doesnt it SUCK??!! Yeah, I'm the same way. I do everything in my power to not throw up. And I went many years also without doing it, but eventually, you will just not be able to control it. I find that running cool water on my wrists, forearms and neck help a lot. Also I found that mint tea helps, even just smelling the teabag is soothing for me. Sipping a Coke helps me, too. a lot of people fear throwing up, seeing others throw up or anything of the sort. i went along time without throwing up too, it is the absolute WORST thing. but even if you did avoid the flu forever, trust me, you will throw up at some point, be especially careful when you turn 21...... omg it is the worst feeling you could have when i had the stomach flu everything that went down came back up I even drunk water and threw it back up woarst feeling hope you don't have to go threw it |
