How do you get rid of the flu?

HELP ME : (

lots of fluids and rest..................and call your pharmacist.......... not sure if there is a magic bullet yet.....if it's viral...then it just takes time for your body to build up antibodies and fight it off.................

Paracetamol, hot lemon and honey drinks.
If you have a bad coughing fit a teaspoon of honey will ease the throat.
I also found once when I had a bad flu it was a good idea to wrap a towel around your chest when you start to cough this helps the chest muscles from being over stretched.
See you doctor to be sure of the strain of flu you have

Rest and plenty of fluids. Get up every morning (no matter how much you want to lie in bed) and take a shower and dress in clean clothes, and brush your teeth even if you just go right back to bed or the couch. Wash your sheets, blankets and pillowcases every couple of days. Feeling yucky only prolongs feeling sick. Get a new toothbrush when you're feeling better. Oh, and Thera-flu nighttime is a God-send.

drink lots of juice with vitamin C..

eat lots of fruits but not when u have an empty stomach.

drink lots of water so that when u pee some of the flu virus will get out of your system.

eat..there's a saying, starve the fever, feed the cold..

goodluck! and get well soon honey!

Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for it to get out of your system. It'll take 3 days or so; if you're sick longer than a week, see your doctor! Drink fluids, rest, sleep a lot, take vitamin C and hope you feel better soon!

There is no way to get "rid" of the flu...it has to take its course on your body and when enough time passes, it'll go away. There are medicines to aid in this process, but the best thing to do is just wait it out.

if you truly have influenza, there's nothing you can do but ride it out... it may not be the flu though, but basically with any virus you just have to wait for it to go away on it's own.

You wait until it runs it's course drink plentyu of liquids and get lots of rest

Patience, medicaton, and rest.

You need to get laid...... it really helps

Take tons of vitamin c and drink alot of water.

Time...
