Vitamin C should do the trick, with lots of water. There is a product called Emergen-C that is located in the vitamin aisle that works wonders. It comes in little packets (a la Kool Aid) and offers 1000mg of vitamin C per serving. I've been using the stuff for years (5+) and rarely get sick for more than a day. Good luck! You're doing the right things. If you drink any hot teas like green tea, or white tea, a few cups a day won't hurt. It'll help push the toxins out of your body faster, so once it has ran it's course, you'll be back up to par faster. |
