I have a flu like condition, in which i am puking a lot and i have massive diahrea it feels like im defocating

water and i am super dizzy and my stomach is killing me, can someone give me any help on what will make me feel better or anything that helps in general, please. Im desperate.

Have you been to a country where cholera or typhoid are a problem? If so seek immediate help. If you can get some I would take some Cipro if you can get a source for it. Should knock it down right away. I have found that Cipro fixes me up right away when I get the trots while fishing in Africa or South Africa. I always take it with me.

Get well soon - 73 from the Fisherman

"Flu" is a lower respiratory condition. You may have what is commonly referred to (incorrectly) as "Stomach Flu."

You should see a doctor. A mild stomach virus wouldn't cause you to be 'super dizzy.' You could have food poisoning.

Other than the doctor, make sure to keep hydrated (water, juice, soup, etc) and you can try some over the counter meds (however, in my experience, things like Pepto Bismol or other diarrhea meds are only good for minor symptoms). If it IS just an upset stomach/digestive problems, try some dry toast or crackers and ginger ale. If you puke that up, just another reason to see the doc.

Feel better!

How long has this been going on?

One=I could be a more serious problem (stomach ulcer, even cancer can cause things to suddenly appear to tip you off that something is out of balance).

Try to eat some crackers, drink some ginger ale, and take some tylenol. If conditions worsen go to the doctor immediatly.

Your sick with an infection. Unfortunately, it can be viral or bacterial. If you don't feel better soon, a week or so, then seek medical treatment.
