Ive been sick for almost four days now with the flu and lost 5 pounds? |
i lovst five pounds and i know its dangerous to loose weight this way. but i really want to keep it off. if i stay dieting and excersiseing well it stay off. btw im 17 btw i drank so much so its not water weight what you have lost is most likely water weight from being dehydrated. this type of weight isnt good to lose when ill, you need to drink lots of fluids |
