Help Needed , Flu and Head?

This is very important to me so please only reply if you have some valid imformation advice :) .

Had the flu last year in feb which i was really bad with 102degrees temperture. This lasted 2 weeks, i then had tonseltius 3/4 times after this and always get the cold now.
I always get this fullness feeling in my head, like when i stand up it feels like all the bloods rushing up the back off my head and last night it got really bad were i could feel it beating like it was going to explode and then my left hand went cold and got pins and needles in it, does anyone no what that is?

I have been to the doctors constantly for over a year and have finally been refeered to a nuro, which i am gong to see on the 28th.
i was just wondering if anyone has had this or no's what it could be because i am only 17 and very worried as it is affecting my daily life.
Some times it goes away for a week or 2 were i feel better but its still they if u get me and then other times a'll feel really ill.

Very often these symptoms are caused by a neck injury. The muscles in your neck go into spasm to protect your neck (stiff neck) and this causes the nerves to go into spasm (trapped nerve). That can cause headaches, dizziness and pins and needles.
