Bf With The Flu For A week & a half ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!!?!?!...

well i am just wondering how long the flu can actually go on threw and what i can do to help it go away faster.

my bf has been sick since last sunday and he is still feeling crappy , he did go to the doctors and said its just the flu , and i want him to get better i miss him , what can i do or suject to him that could make him better ?

also how long can this last for , seems like forever :( .

** ADDITION **

uhm i don`t know if this has anythin to do with it , he got bit by a dog a few weeks ago ? i don`t think that did it tho cuz his brother and his mother both had the flu ...

Alright.

For the most part yah just got to let this run its course. You can take some natural stuff like vitamin C, zinc, etc which you can find @ rite aid readly avaible. This can help relieve the flu faster....

Also if you suspect that its getting worse what so ever I would definately go see a doctor again. Just for sake of knowing your okay...

Other than that yah just got to let it run its course =[

The flu can last a while so your gonna have to let it run it course. Other than taking vitamin C and all have him brush his teeth at least twice a day and wash his hands. Good hygene and cleanlyness (sp?) is one way to make the flu go away a little faster. You don't want any germs hanging around that you can easily get rid of.

dink orange juice sleep alot and don't do alot just try not to do tht much and my grandmother had the flu for 3months one time because she would never stop runnin around and she was proballi old but make sure he gets plenty of rest and WATER

Well it is not flu season right now. So, I'm not so sure if that is it. Get a second opinion. Could be something else.

take pills
drink tons of fluid
drink ginger ale always helped me
eat non-heavy food-- eat soup
