i have flu like symptoms...i had vicks dquil..feeling ok..i am craving for some juice..fresh juice..i was thinking of making some apple juice or orange..can i have it in flu? which one is better? plz help..i have to get healthy by tomorrow i have a very imp meeting tomorrow...plz help..thanks It is good for you because when you're sick you should drink a lot of fluids. Yes drink a lot of fluids. I personally would stay away from apple juice as sometimes it can cause diarrhea which can dehydrate you. Most juices should be fine, watch the prune juice also, and water is really good. |
