Sinus and Flu problems? |
I have had a sinus headache for at least 24 hours also with that I have a runny nose and feel achey with a 100 degree fever. Does any one know a perscription free medication that will help all my symptoms. if your nose is stuffy then sniff some pepermint or eat some wasabi, it will clear your sinuses if its strong enough. Benadryl??? |

Flu is a respiratory infection but it could be viral gastroenteritis. There's no specific treatment, just wait it out. Depending on the specific virus, this may... I just saw a news story about this. I think it was on NBC. You should probably stay away from the eggs, and make sure the chicken is well cooked. Haven't looked yet but you could probably... I was in the same boat last week... I went out and bought effervescent (sp?) tablets that contain Vit C and Zinc. The dosage of Vit C is nearly 2000% RDA. But a few days of that and it all disappea... It may be chicken pox, if you haven't had it already and were exposed in the last two weeks. The pox often show up first on legs or tummy. If you have a fever call you doctor an early treatm... Take it easy, Have lots of goodnight sleeps and all will be well soon. Warm showers are also good for flu. ... |
