Is this just a flu???????

I have been in bed for the last three days with a bad headache (in the front) an upset stomach and diarrhea. Please Only serious answers only, I am not feeling well and am really worried. I went to the doctors yesterday and she did not run any test, just felt around my stomach and asked me a couple questions. She determined that it is the stomach flu. I am not questioning her expertise, but she did not seem concerned when I told her that for the past year I have had really bad stomach cramps, headaches, and every time I eat the food goes right through me. This is on and off for the past year...but these past few days have really gotten to me. My blood pressure is high according to her, but I am not overweight and have never had high blood pressure, and my temp is at about 100 degrees. I feel like she should have run some test on me, just to figure out what is causing this. Am I wrong, is there anyone out there that can give me an idea of what it may be? Or is she right about the flu and should I stop worrying?

uh well if the food goes through you for about a year it is not the flu long term, you may have the flu now which would explain the fever but all the other times this happened to you the flu doesnt explain it, and yes i agree that some tests should have been run, also ever notice what foods you are eating when this happens? Try keeping a food diary and notice when your symptoms happen, this could be a food allergy or intolerance...I have Celiacs disease and those are my symptoms, I am not saying that this is what you have but at least check out this link for more info, and if you think you may have this ask for the anti-body blood test done to check for Celiac's disease....
Symptoms of Celiac Disease May Include One or More of the Following:
Recurring bloating, gas, or abdominal pain
Chronic diarrhea or constipation or both
Unexplained weight loss or weight gain
Pale, foul-smelling stool
Unexplained anemia
Bone or joint pain
Behavior changes/depression/irritability
Vitamin K Deficiency
Fatigue, weakness or lack of energy
Delayed growth or onset of puberty
Failure to thrive (in infants)
Missed mentrual periods
Infertility male & female
Spontaneous miscarriages
Canker sores inside the mouth
Tooth discoloration or loss of enamel
good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
