Lets say you have the stomach flu

lets say you take two tylenol. would that stop you from throwing up?
you get the stomach flu,. and it feels like that because your intestines swell up, flare up, and become swollen, which causes the stomach ache and the vomiting and diarreah.

since tylenol is an inflammatory drug, wouldnt it relax your intestines and not make them swollen? so if you take two tylenol, would you still throw up??

also, what kinds of over the counter medicines can you buy so you dont throw up??

thanks everyone!!
