Does it sound like I am getting the flu?

I have had these symptoms on and off for 3 days:
Nausea (no vomiting), diarrhea, dry mouth, achiness all over my body (especially in my legs), and hot flashes. I am 23, have 2 small children and am definately not pregnant. Does it sound like I may have the flu? Or does anyone know of anything else this may be. I know that it's always best to check with a doctor, so that's not the answer I need. Also, the symptoms keep coming and going and are a lot worse after I eat. Thanks! :)

Actually I keep altering between dry mouth and excessive saliva. But the saliva is usally pretty thick feeling.

It might be a stomach flu, i had it and had the same symptoms.
