FLU ... PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!?????

i have had the flu since monday and i went to the hospital that night and the dr. said i would have to make it take its coaurse.. which would be 5 days he said
today is friday which is like the 4th or 5th day and he said i need to drink water and take advil and stuff like that every 6 hours and

today i'm haing HUGE headaches and i took the med.s at 6am n its 9 right now and i still feel more sick then i did yesterday and i've drank 2 bottles of water and ate cereal and i still don't feel good ... Why am i having these headaches again ?????

okay i went to the hospital cuz my temperature was 103.5 and it kept raising higher and higher and it would go down and i also didn't know what i had and my eyes were blood shot red and i was dehydrated!

The flu doesn't operate according to a strict timetable, the recovery times will vary from person to person and depend on the actual strain of the flu that you have.

The Doc was right though that you need plenty of fluids and need to stay warm. You will need to eat starchy foods like bread, cereal and pasta to keep you strength up and fuel your body's natural defences.

The head ache could possibly be due to your body being dehydrated, even though you have drank water, try a bit more and take paracetemol for the general aches and pains and this will lower your temperature too.

it's possible for your headaches to be caused stress.

if that's not what it this is what i usually do: take a hot or cold shower whatever you are comfy with. when you get out take a sleeping pill and
hit the hay!

umm i dont really know but def listen to the doctor and im sure you'll feel better in a few days keep taking advil maybe call him and ask for a new medication. thats all i got. feel better soon!

It is a virus; it does not magically go away at a certain time. Please tell us you did not really go to the hospital for the flu?
