What can help cure a stomach flu???? |

But you can treat the symptoms with Tums, or any anti acid, a hot water bottle or heating pad, for the stomach pains or cramps, and Imodium for diarrhea. A nice hot bath helps make you feel a little better too. Keep hydrated, drink lots of fluids, but tea is not recommended unless it is herbal tea, or decaffeinated tea. Caffeine drinks can cause further dehydration. Just eat very light, like jello, broth, chicken noodle soup, sherbet, and toast, to name a few things. You have to keep your body nourished so it can fight your illness. Rest, stay on the couch and watch tv, and stay away from others until you are over it... Stomach like a daily non-stop work of the machinery, food in the process of digestion on the mucous membrane caused by mechanical damage, maintaining a controlled diet is the key to treatment of stomach trouble. I just got over the stomach flu yesterday, your best bet is to find a comfortable position where your head is propped up and not flat like an armrest on a coach or something, this way you wont feel nausea when your stomach is churning trying to release all the acids and gas in your system. Your gonna feel really tired the whole time . Stomach flu can be cured by many things: Drink lots of water, keep drinking it. There is no cure, but if you go in with the first sign of symptoms they can give you a shot that lessens the effects of the flu! antacids, antibiotics, heatign pads, rest, throwing up.
