Stomach flu? had it for 4 days how do i make it go away?

i got the stomach flu about 4 nights ago, and ever since i have been in and out of the bathroom with this weird kind of diarrhea. its very liquidy. and thin. its more like brown pee( sorry i know its nasty). i keep throwing up. I have had fevers. i thought i was getting better but just a couple minutes ago i threw up, and had the "weird diarrhea." whats something i can eat without throwing it up, can i take benadryl, and how long does this type of flu usually last??

I've had what you described up to a week before.
it sucks...

I try not to take that Imodium and other anti diarrhea stuff as it does the opposite and I ended up going from one extreme to another.

Hope you feel better soon, if it doesn't clear up SOON I would suggest a trip to the er so you don't get too dehydrated

Four days is too much.First aid...mix sugar and salt..ratio 1:1 in warm water..drink plenty. Drink lemon and boiled tea..mixed..1:1. Get Well Soon.
