Food poisoning, flu, virus, or what causes these symptoms?

For the last few days, I have had a low grade fever, aches in my joints, and I can't have a bowel movement. It feels like I have diarhea, but when I sit, its like the dry heaves down below, and now after wiping every hour for the last few days, I'm bleeding. What the heck is going on?

Thanks for your answers. I think it was something I ate, as I'm starting to feel better. And I did rub too much, hence the bleeding. No mosquito bites or fatal virus, thank God.

Dude, you are really bunged up, and that can make your whole system toxic and you feeling just like you descrbed.

You have rubbed your anis raw even though you didn't get anywhere or need wiping...just did it out of routine B4 getting up! Hahaha!

You need to take a proven laxative and stay close to your bowl..toilet that is!

If you can't get anywhere, you need to see a doctor and have an enema.

Once you get cleaned out, start eating more raw carrots and raw cucumbers, washed, but with the peelings still on them.

Each of us has a natural psycolgical laxitave, and you need to find out what your is. For some women, it's getting near the sink to do some dishes. With me, it's getting around old junk or farm machinery.

If I go to an auto wreckers or a thrift shop ...Value Village.. on a treasure or Halloween costume hunt, I know in advance that I need to be prepared to have a dump there! Hahaha!

YOU ARE IN SERIOUS CONDITION. You haven't check yet to your local hospital for diagnosis about your condition. You haven't been bitten by a mosquito have you? I suspect you have a dengue.

And these disease is not a laughing matter, you could DIE with these disease if not treated immediately.

Dude i would understand that diarrhea part, and it not being serious but the monent you mentioned beeding, the attention of a doctor needs to be reached. There's a huge possibility you were food poisoned or you have some kid of potentially fatal virus, so i advise you to consult your doctor. Good luck bro.
