Should i take a flu shot or the ?

flu shot or the mist to prevent catching the flu

I`m taking the shot. It`s worked all these yrs, so I`ll continue. True you can still get the flu, but it won`t hit you as hard if you have some protection in your system. I`ve been spared every year and it certainly can`t hurt you, so go for it. Don`t know anything about the mist.

Flu shots have not been proven to prevent or lessen your chances of getting the flu.

Not only that, but mercury and other dangerous ingredients are often used as a preservative in these flu shots.

Nothing will prevent you from catching the flu in the end, other than a good immune system. The flu virus is always mutating and becoming stronger while we keep inventing new things to kill it off. It's almost pointless. It's like cutting off someone's arm while another 2 grow back in its place.

I would do the mist simply b/c i hate needles!
