i get sick..ALOT!................and my mother thinks it would be in my best interest to get the flu shot......and i do too.....does anyone know when its out this year??.............and if it would be on the dangerous side to do it with me having to get the guarecil vaccine and the 9th grade booster this year????????? i know i can call the doctor but i cant right now vis a vis im sick and i cant talk......and the clinic isnt even open yet cos its 8:14 in the A.M It would DEFINITELY be of your best interest to get the shot. I have got the shot annually, many times and I have not gotten sick since. When you first get the shot you may feel slightly weak, as the injection does contain a small portion of the virus. Your body learns to fight the flu virus and you should stay healthy from the flu. I am not sure about where you live and if the shot is available to you. But in my city the shot becomes available in September. I highly recommend getting it. I also have athsma so I get the shot for free. If you do not qualify for it to be free you pay a small fee of around dollars. You can call your doctor's office and ask them when you can get a flu shot and any other questions you have. I am sure your pediatricians office will let you know when they have the shot available, just call and ask. THIS IS A QUESTION THAT HAS TO BE DISCUSS BETWEEN YOUR MUM AND THE DOCTOR...SEE YOUR DOCTOR ASAP...AS FOR THE FLU SHOT.....MANY CLSC WOULD HAVE THE ANSWER...CALL YOUR LOCAL CLSC..... |
