Please help me!!!! Flu?? HELP!?

Ok, a few days ago i started getting some allergy symptoms. then the next day i had a sore throat. the next day i had a runny nose (yesterday) and now i just woke up sweating *drops!* and i barfed up the water i drank...
Do you know what this could be?
Flu?
im going to the doctor today, but i just want some clues..

If it is the latest strain of flu, antibiotics will do nothing to shorten or aleviate your symptoms. I even had the flu shot and still copped 3 bouts of flu (Australia)
Best way I have found is get some "Fisherman's friends" throat lozengers and take a Panadol. Then gargle with soluble aspirin. Also have 3 times a day a clove of garlic chopped up into a fine mince, washed down with a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey.
Before going to bed take 2 panadol.
Cheaper than medication and more effective. Best of luck.

It's not flu. Influenza is characterized by fever (102-103 degrees at the onset, combined with headache, muscular aches and respiratory symptoms similar to a really bad cold. Besides -- it's not flu season -- wait a couple of months for flu season to start!
