Am i better off without the flu shot? |
i have heard the flu shot gives you the mini flu that builds up your immune system but some people i know who don't take it don't get the flu some people who do take it though end up getting it anyways Everyone's different and you can't anticipate your own outcome based on someone else's. Unless you're in a high-risk group, a flu shot is purely optional. there's really no point No matter what the side effects, you are better off with than without. |
