What wrong with me. The flu or something else? |
Today I was running and had to stop due to a light head and dizzyness. if you have a fever than its probably the flu or mono. make sure you drink a lot of fluids if youre going to exercise it could be your muscles, did you stretch? and since you have the flu i would say that's why you had the light head and dizzyness. i'm not certain though. |
