Can someone tell me the fastest cure for flu?

Boost your immune system.That is the only cure.

Taking flu medications will not help the flu leave any faster.

Right now, your immune system is low.Take plenty of vitamins and up your antioxidant intake.

Keep rested...that means no computer, chores etc.Stay in bed and rest.

Drink plenty of water even if you do not feel like it.

No stress, no coffee, no cigarettes and no alcohol.

Also, don't mean to be a nag but...Whoever suggested the fireplace...that's a no-no.If this personal genuinely has the flu, their temp. will be raised enough and adding excess heat can potentially cause seizures.

if you have a fireplace sleep in front of it and stay warm and sweat it out for one. two, with out boosting your immune system in this weather it will also take longer, chicken brothe (KEY) and lots of good orange juice.
Hot showers and dry your hair , dry it even if you hate to. Damp wet hair and or the linger will give you a chance of another chill.
Change you sheets if you sweat, and or in a day or so any way from germs, do not share glass ware.Any extra vitamin C is great and when sick taking like 3000 units is fine. Your body will pee any extra out.

bed rest, Been a drill, vinegar and honey and tea, and chicken soup with a drop of hot sauce ,and b4 bed gargle with salt water (warm) and 2 marrow you will feel better also citrus cough drops. hope you feel better
