How to react when the Swine Flu gets to level 6? |
It's now at level 5 and I'm starting to get scared. What should we do when it gets to level 6? Not go to school anymore? Lock yourself in your house? How should we react? you should know what your community is planning to do. right now, fairfax county (really close to DC) is the best prepared. the second best prepared is someplace in california. I have plenty of food and drinks stocked up so will be staying home more than normal except for doctors appointments which is probably worse because its a waiting room full of sick people and you dont know what the person had who was sitting in the chair you sit in before they saw the doctor, and airconditioning will spread it even faster, very scary indeed! :) Please keep in mind that level 6 doesn't necessarily reflect on the severity of the disease. It simply means that there is a condition that has spread to many areas. It doesn't mean it will be dangerous enough for you to fear leaving the house. run around in circles screaming may help. |
