Vomiting, lots of vomiting and if you have it really bad, diarrhea. Nausea, vomiting (sometimes but not always), and diarrhea (almost always) are hallmarks of stomach flu. Gas and abdominal pain are other symptoms. The diarrhea can cause a loss of fluids (and electrolytes) if not managed---which can also result in symptoms of dehydration, notably headaches at less severe levels. In the vast majority of cases it self-resolves in 24-48 hours though some strains may go up to 10 days. Contrary to the first answerer, a fever is not usually a significant symptom of stomach flu itself, and certainly not a high grade fever. Stomach flu's proper name is gastroenteritis---and is not related to the flu (influenza) at all. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever, nausea, body aches, headache, and fatigue.
